Biggest Loser: The Workout — Weight Loss Yoga(Lionsgate) 2008 What is it? A programmable Yoga workout DVD, with mix-and-match segments to create routines that are 34, 50 or 60 minutes long. Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser show instructs. Who is it for? Intermediate exercisers, preferably with some Yoga experience. If your fitness level matches that of the contestants on The Biggest Loser when they first arrive at camp, this workout will be too tough for you. You need some level of fitness to make it through even the initial segment without becoming discouraged. You will need a mat — a light medicine ball is optional, as are light weights (although the segment using the weights definitely works better with them).  |
