10 Minute Solution: Quick Sculpt Pilates(Anchor Bay) 2009 What is it? Five 10-minute core and lower body-based Pilates workouts, four of which utilize the included inflatable "toning ball." Andrea Leigh Rogers instructs. Who is it for? Intermediate exercisers with Pilates experience. These workouts are fast-paced, and you need to have good form and a core that's already fairly strong to master these moves. You'll also need a mat — the ball is included in the kit. If you're renting the DVD or acquire it sans ball, you'll have to find one that's about 9 inches in diameter, inflatable, and fairly soft and squishy — something like this one.  |
