Dance Your Ass Off: The Workout(Anchor Bay) 2009 What is it? A 45-minute cardio dance workout based on the popular Oxygen TV show. Your instructors are Jesus Solorio, Lisa Ligon and Hillary Fleming. Who is it for? The level of intensity is good for beginning to advanced beginning exercisers, but you'll also definitely need a flair for dance. The steps aren't hard... but they aren't exactly easy, either. Intermediate exercisers may find the intensity a tad too low. |
