(Anchor Bay)
2009
What is it?
A 45-minute cardio dance workout based on the popular Oxygen TV show. Your instructors are Jesus Solorio, Lisa Ligon and Hillary Fleming.
Who is it for?
The level of intensity is good for beginning to advanced beginning exercisers, but you'll also definitely need a flair for dance. The steps aren't hard... but they aren't exactly easy, either. Intermediate exercisers may find the intensity a tad too low.

What is it?
Five 10-minute core and lower body-based Pilates workouts, four of which utilize the included inflatable "toning ball." Andrea Leigh Rogers instructs.
Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers with Pilates experience. These workouts are fast-paced, and you need to have good form and a core that's already fairly strong to master these moves. You'll also need a mat — the ball is included in the kit. If you're renting the DVD or acquire it sans ball, you'll have to find one that's about 9 inches in diameter, inflatable, and fairly soft and squishy — something like this one.
