What is it?
A selection of five 10-minute workouts that cover everything from cardio kickboxing to sculpting to Yoga. The versatile Amy Bento instructs.
Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers — these workouts are fast-paced (out of necessity — after all, you only have 10 minutes), so you should be an experienced exerciser. You will need a mat and one pair of medium-light dumbbells, around 5 lbs. or whatever weight is appropriate for you.

What is it?
A 35-minute Pilates workout with moves that mimic Reformer exercises. Kara Wily instructs.
Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers and up. You should have a good amount of Pilates experience, and it's even better if you've exercised on the Reformer at least a few times. You will need a mat, and while light weights (around 3 lbs.) aren't necessary, you might find them useful for some of the moves.

What is it?
A 45-minute cardio dance workout based on the popular Oxygen TV show. Your instructors are Jesus Solorio, Lisa Ligon and Hillary Fleming.
Who is it for?
The level of intensity is good for beginning to advanced beginning exercisers, but you'll also definitely need a flair for dance. The steps aren't hard... but they aren't exactly easy, either. Intermediate exercisers may find the intensity a tad too low.
