What to expect: If you're the kind of cardio dance enthusiast who gets bored easily, then Christi Taylor is your type of instructor. Her routines are always complex and she doesn't seem to let more than a few minutes go by before she's adding yet a new twist to a familiar move... and then adding an even newer twist (or often pivot) on top of that. This workout is over an hour long, including just 7 minutes of warm-up and a 4-minute cool down. In other words, you get a full hour of cardio, and even though Taylor starts basic and builds on from there, you never really slow down. You can do the warm-up with or without the step, and the first segment is the step routine. The second routine is hi-lo. If you do them both, you are guaranteed to sweat buckets. Even just one of the half-hour routines (plus warm-up and cool down of course) will give you a great workout — it's easy enough to skip forward and back to the segment you want. If you're not familiar with Taylor, but you're definitely up for a challenging new cardio dance DVD, give this one a try.
