Dance Off the Inches: 15 Minute Express(Anchor Bay Ent.) 2005 What is it? A quickie, 15-minute cardio dance routine, with an additional 10-minute bonus "dance off" for those who can't get enough. Lydia Haskell instructs. Who is it for? Advanced beginning exercisers. You'll only work up a mild sweat, but you need to be fairly quick on your feet.
What to expect: Got 15 minutes? Get your dancing shoes on! Lydia Haskell cheerfully leads you through a 3-minute warm up, 10 minutes of moderate choreography and a 2-minute cool down for a fun, fast-paced workout. The moves range from easy to learn to a tad challenging, so you may have to repeat a few sections the first couple of times you try out this DVD. Once you catch on, you'll want to do the 10-minute bonus routine, which blends the moves you've learned with a few other simple steps. This isn't a heavy cardio workout — you will probably be able to do it without needing a shower afterwards — but your heart will pump a bit harder and it'll lift your mood. You'll work a little more if you combine both the 15-minute routine and the bonus workout — add a few minutes of stretching when you're done to make it an even half hour.
