What is it?
A 38-minute workout that focuses on your midsection. The first half-hour is cardio dance and the final minutes consist of abdominal exercises on a mat. Marie Forleo is the instructor.
Who is it for?
Beginning through intermediate exercisers. You will need a mat if you are working out on a hard surface.
What to expect:
It seems like ab workouts are all the rage this season — there are quite a few of them out right now — and this one is great if you're looking for a session that gets the job done without going full-strength. Instructor Marie Forleo offers up two different dancey sequences for the cardio. The first segment is a funky selection of moves, and the second has a Latin flavor that includes sambas, meringues and the like. Forleo has tailored both styles to emphasize the midsection. She uses a variety of twists, bends and standing crunch-type moves during the cardio. After cooling you down, she takes you to the mat for about 8 minutes of ab work. The exercises are moderate in difficulty and include variations on crunches and leg lifts to target the whole midsection. Even if you are a bit dance challenged, you should be able to enjoy this workout — to help you out, there's a separate 17-minute instructional segment to help you learn the steps. This routine is easy enough for beginners to do, but is enough of a workout for intermediates who want a somewhat lighter exercise day.

I got this dvd about 4 days ago and I love it! it took me about 2-3 times around to get all the steps (I am not a dancer at all) but it is really falling into place. I think I could do this work out every day and not get sick of it.
