The steps are fun, and easy enough for many beginners (although having a flair for rhythm and dance certainly helps). After a 7-minute warm-up, Marie Forleo leads you through two low-impact, 15-minute workouts, each one with its own style. The Afro/ Latin workout offers sexy, upbeat moves and the Reggae/ Funk routine includes cool steps that are surprisingly sweat inducing. You end with a few minutes of stretching and cooling down. Forleo is a great instructor — she breaks down the choreography and makes it easy to learn, along with just being a fun, friendly presence.
