- This program is a must if you really want to change your life.I purchased the book based on all the rave reviews and I am a true believer. I am a runner with overuse injuries and Jeanette has changed my life. I am seeing muscle tone in all areas, especially my legs, hips and gluts. My running has improved greatly. The workout is fun and fast with serious results. If you need to tone up in a hurry this workout is for you. I love Jeanette's holistic approach to health, fitness and weight loss.

- Hollywood TrainerThis is an all around great work out program. I'm an experienced lifter, and I was looking for something with an all-around good program and this is it. I do have to mention that I've made many of the recipes and they are quick and easy, which is unusual for most book programs.

- No More FlabMy goal in the 07 has been to lose the weight that has slowly crept on since I have been in my 30s and I think that this is the workout to finally do that. It is great!!! I am not kidding. I have only had the workout for a week and I can already feel a difference!! I want to assign this book for my book club because I know that a lot of women have been struggling with the same issues. Thank you Jeanette. I dont even need the extra 15 days to know this workout works.
