- Don't waste your money on this bookI am a Kathy Smith fan. I have numerous books, dvds and vcr cassettes that I love by Kathy. I could't wait for this new book to be delivered, and boy was I disappointed. The poor quality of paper that it's printed on was not a good sign, nor were the typing errors that got past editing. My impression was that very little time or effort went into this book.
