- What I expected, but better!I have only used Kathy Smith videos a few times. As a matter of fact, I have only bought them for cardio and was never too impressed. I've always done weight training by myself, never with a video. . . but, feeling as if I've plateaued, I bought a few weight training dvds. This was among them.

- my daily routineI really love this workout DVD. I use it 3-4 times a week. I like the fact that you can design your own workout by pre-choosing what will play. I enjoy doing this and it is not a chore. I would definatly recommend it for anyone wanting to do weight lifting.

- Great DVD!I am really enjoying this DVD! I'm one of those people who buy exercise videos and never use them. I think I will use this one a lot. It is mostly weights so you can get results without all of the jumping around. I have had it about a month and I am feeling MUCH stronger and firmer. It's simple to follow and you can increase weight as you feel ready.

- Satisfied customerThe DVD workout lived up to all I had read and heard. I now need to use it and get the results I am looking for in terms of personal fitness. I do not feel intimidated by it, although it will push me as a beginner. Try it yourself and you will agree, I believe.

- A good program when you are short on timeThis is using different techiques then with her first weight lifting series. She uses the core a lot more in this series which may seem easier but is still a great workout for your body. She gives great cueing through out and this is a great addition to anyone's collection.
