I don't usually like intructional dvd's for yoga but I really enjoyed this one. It gives you a variety of options and it feels like you are with a real instructor.

Rating: - Good, relaxing yoga DVD
There are two workouts on this DVD, each about 35 minutes. It is done in a really relaxing setting. There are three people doing the routine, one showing a modification of the poses, and one showing more advanced versions. The instruction is done as a voice over, and is very soothing. I've been practicing yoga for about 5 years now, and about at an advanced beginner/intermediate level, and I didn't find this DVD overly challenging, but I really enjoy it. Hemalayaa adds a touch of Kundalini yoga to traditional vinyasa and spices up asanas by adding mudras and other fun variations.

This DVD is amazing. I have tried many Yoga DVD's and the poses get to be very similar from one to the other. This one however, is different. It makes you feel happy and like a child again doing this yet at the end feel like you have accomplished something, that feeling stays with you the whole day. I highly recommend this one to anybody who loves yoga and wants to try something more laid back yet special.

Rating: - Same DVD, different cover?
I believe this is the same DVD that was released about a year ago, just in a new package! It was called "Hemalaya Behl's Yoga for Young Bodies." I think it's a little weird that this seems to be the same DVD, just with a slightly differnt name and different cover. It's a great DVD, but it makes me wonder if the manufacturer is just trying to make extra bucks by packaging it new. It's a much better price and a much better buy than the previous release.
