- Loved it!I have a bunch of the Shape workout DVDs and am pleased with them all. This one is no exception. It was very effective on the thighs and butt. The instruction is clear and easy to follow but it is fast paced. The beginning took me by suprise as there is no intro or warm up. The bonus upper body workout is amazingly effective. The first time my arms felt like rubber afterwards. I highly recommend this if you want to mix up your normal Pilates workout.

- Love it!This is a great workout and goes by quickly. I wasn't sure at first about the band, but I think it helps! This really focuses on your but and thighs though. I wouldn't mind a little more ab and arm workout too. But I still love it.

- Awesome workout!!The use of the band in the DVD really adds to the workout. It really takes the monotony out of your basic pilates moves. She also modifies some reformer moves by using the band. And wow does this DVD ever work out your lower half! I didn't get quite the workout for my abs I was hoping for but it still got the job done. - You will definitely feel thisI love this DVD. The one thing I realized while doing this routine is that you must make sure your abs are engaged and everything is controlled. If that is done, I can see how the abs, butt and thighs are all being worked. I know I felt it all over just from keeping proper form while performing the exercises. I also noticed that this routine has the strength, flexibility, toning and stretching elements all wrapped up into one workout so you feel worked out and relaxed also. I highly recommend this ... - Pulling weights is tougher than lifting weightsI think this will be an excellent workout but I am having rotator cuff problems at the moment and am unable to pull the band effectively with my left arm.
