- Hollywood TrainerThis is an all around great work out program. I'm an experienced lifter, and I was looking for something with an all-around good program and this is it. I do have to mention that I've made many of the recipes and they are quick and easy, which is unusual for most book programs.

- No More FlabMy goal in the 07 has been to lose the weight that has slowly crept on since I have been in my 30s and I think that this is the workout to finally do that. It is great!!! I am not kidding. I have only had the workout for a week and I can already feel a difference!! I want to assign this book for my book club because I know that a lot of women have been struggling with the same issues. Thank you Jeanette. I dont even need the extra 15 days to know this workout works.

- Thank you!!!I loved this book for so many amazing reasons!! First and foremost is that this book is probably the first book I have read out of MANY that highlights on health and physical fitness being the achievment rather than a thin body. I don't have a thin body and it is very depressing and disheartening to keep trying to achieve something that is just not going to be my end product. With that statement being laid to rest it allowed me to really focus on my health and actual physical fitness which is something that is so much better than a thin body because I can actually achieve physical fitness and healthy eating habits~ reguardless of what I weigh! I was truely fed up with fads and was hoping to find a more body/mind/spirit focus to lead me to a lifestyle change were I could be really happy and satisfied with my all around health and this book was definately it. The DVD that came along with the book was an amazing bonus for me as well, Jeanette Jenkins is so glowing and amazing as an instructor, she gives excellent direction and motivation and when she laughs I find it very sincere and that it rubs off on me and I laugh along with her (cheesey but true!). I feel like I have accomplished a whole lot when I finish with the selected daily workout and very pleased thus far with my results. The 21 day diet that she lines out is very easy to follow and most of the recipes are delicious!! I am truely thankful that I picked this book up. Thank you!!

- Great BookI purchased this book a few weeks ago. I really like the format. Jeanette James gives you a well-rounded plan (food, exercise, and mental cleansing) for weight loss. She does a good job of demonstrating how to do various levels of the same exercise based on your fitness level. The recipes are also very helpful. This is a book that I will use for many years to come.
