- Got Rid of Holiday Weight in 10 days!!I was part of Tracey's "Team Mallett" and like EVERYONE else, I gained some happy holiday weight.. Back on the program, and BACK to where I was in just 10 days!!! It's so rewarding!! It was easy to get back and I saw instant results again just after a few days!!
It's not like those other diet plans or feels like you're dragging yourself to the gym... Even when I did the Fad quick diets and lost weight, it was always hard to start all over again after the holidays and get back to where I was. The DVDs make it so easy and now that I've finished all the possible fatty leftovers from the holidays, I'm gladly back on the food plan (and can't even eat fast food after 5 days.. my system won't take it!!).

- L. NelsonTracey Mallett has created a program that is outstanding. It is easy to follow, fun and somthing that is lasting. Her book is full of inspiring stories as well as practical how to exercises that are fun but also help you get great results. I like that Tracey also focuses on nutrition too as it is an important part of staying healthy.

- Highly motivating and very informative I love this book. Reading it keeps me feeling highly motivated. The content is engaging and informative while the format feels like reading one of my favorite fitness magazines. This book reads like you're talking to your best friend - the one that's real and delightful and really wants you to succeed. I like that the workouts are customizable for body type and that the segments are designed to be 6 minutes in length. If I start exercising thinking I've got to devote 30 or more minutes to it I'm very likely to think of something very pressing I need to do like clean my kitchen. This workout if designed to and does fit into my life style instead of requiring me to make hugh changes to get fit. The nutrition information is right on and helps keep me on track. I also love that Tracey shares some of here favorites in the book (where to buy workout clothes and equipment, etc.) I highly recommend this book.

- Just love it!!What I love about this book is Tracey's practical information. I feel like she is talking straight at me, not down to me. She has a fun, motivating energy that really comes through in the book.
The free 30 minute DVD is awsome, this was a nice pleasant suprise. My abs were sore for days after the abs on the ball workout.
The diet plan is very easy to follow no calorie counting just straight forward portion control and I need alot of that.
I love the real women that went through the program, it's very inspiring because they look real not airbrushed or a total scam like you may see in some of the other diet books.
I've started the plan and will be buying the video's to go with it and I'm sure I'll get great results. I too am a member ot Team Mallett now.
6 minutes ANYONE can do consistantly but you have to do it two-three 6 minutes a day.
Fun read, very motivational, great exercises, inspiring stories and great tips.

- This book is truly inspiring!I have tried several different workouts and diets, and this is the first one that seems like something you can actually stick with. I just read the book and am just starting my 6 week program, but I am already reccomending it to friends, I even gave copies to my mom and sister for Christmas! The stories of the real women who have used the program sprinkled throughout the book are so motivating and inspiring. I can't wait for the DVD's to be released! It's time I got my pre-kids body back and start to feel like myself again, SEXY!
