Includes 3 12-minute segments, with the third segment a combination of dance and lower body tone. Kimberly Miguel Mullen instructs. Who is it for? Advanced beginning and intermediate exercisers. This workout is done barefoot, so keep this in mind if working on a hard or uneven surface. |

Punch and Firm: Cardio Kickboxing with Lynn Hahn(Bayview) 2008 What is it? An hour-long cardio kickboxing workout that can be done in full, or as two separate 40-minute routines. Lynn Hahn instructs. Who is it for? Advanced beginning to intermediate exercisers. It may be just a tad too intense for complete beginners, although she does offer a decent tutorial. You will need a mat for the ending cool-down, which includes some ab work. |
