What is it?
Three short jazz-based dance workouts, running from 18 to 20 minutes apiece, plus a 13-minute "bonus" ballet workout. Jennifer Kries instructs.
Who is it for?
Beginning and advanced beginning exercisers. The moves aren't complicated, but you should enjoy dancing and feel comfortable in your body. They're very low impact workouts.

What is it?
A 35-minute Pilates workout with moves that mimic Reformer exercises. Kara Wily instructs.
Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers and up. You should have a good amount of Pilates experience, and it's even better if you've exercised on the Reformer at least a few times. You will need a mat, and while light weights (around 3 lbs.) aren't necessary, you might find them useful for some of the moves.
