You bet! Each and every DVD has been done at least once, and often a few times. They are judged on their effectiveness, safety and quality. We also determine the level of fitness that is appropriate for each DVD. (We’ve done some “beginner’s” DVDs that would destroy a yoga or exercise newbie. We’ve also done supposedly advanced workouts that barely made us break a sweat.)
How do these DVDs get critiqued? Does someone exercise to them?
