I reviewed a DVD and you didn't run it. Why? |

All reader reviews must be approved by our editorial department. While most of them go through, we reserve the right to refuse to run any of them. There are any number of reasons why your review didn't run. It could be that the review was confusing, or it appears that you reviewed a different DVD than the one we did. Profanity, libelous comments and vindictiveness have no place on our site, either. If you have a vendetta against a particular instructor or exercise DVD company and your review makes that clear, we can't run it, either. We want our reader reviews to have value for others who visit our site and all criticisms should have merit. Our editorial decisions are final, and you can fuss and fume all you want, but it's not going to change our minds. Sorry. Get over it and move on. It's just a review!
SPECIAL NOTE: Between November 2007 and February 2008, our review system was down. Although you could enter reviews in the textbox, the program wouldn't save them. So if you wrote a review during that time, that's why it didn't run. We now have a different program for our reviews and they're up working again. You are welcome to go back and review the DVD again if you like — or any other DVD you'd like, of course. You can even rate each DVD without writing a review now!
