Advanced beginning and intermediate exercisers — these routines are actually pretty tough! You will need a mat.
What to expect:
Abdominal workouts just keep getting more and more creative. With these 5, 10-minute workouts, you never have to feel stuck with just traditional crunches. "Flat Belly Fast" zeros in on your core section to flatten your belly, while "Pilates Perfect Abs" offers up a great selection of Pilates moves to tone that core even more. "Belly Flat Blaster," a light cardio routine, helps you burn fat while you tone. "Ab Ripper" is a variety of really tough exercises that target all your abdominal muscles. Finally, "Six Pack Abs" has one goal — to really define your midsection. Yep, you'll find crunches here, but you've never done them the way that Bowen shows you here. Like all the 10-Minute Solution DVDs, this one is programmable - you can choose one or more of the routines, depending on your schedule and how hard you want to work. Bowen suggests doing all five of them for a really intense ab workout, but unless you've already got abs of steel, there is no way you will be able to do them all in one sitting! Most people will find just one or two at a time pretty effective.
