What is it?

Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers. You will need a pair of 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells and a mat.
What to expect:
Think you can't get any sort of a workout in just 10 minutes? With this DVD you have met your match. Keli Roberts gives you five targeted 10-minute exercise routines that each pack a powerful punch! Even the first segment, "Basic Training," will have you working up a sweat. Three of the other segments target your buns and thighs, arms and shoulders, and abs respectively; the final segment is called "Fat Burning Blast," and it isn't kidding — you go through a series of bootcamp-style drills that never let up. Leading you through all these routines is Keli Roberts, an expert, no-nonsense instructor whose presence is motivating without being too in-your-face. You can mix or match these segments, doing just one when you're short on time, or arranging several in any order your wish. Really want your butt (and other body parts) kicked? Do all the routines for one killer, 50-minute exercise session. You will feel it the next day! Include this DVD as part of a regular workout regimen and you'll see the results.

This is a great dvd, as with all the 10 Minute Solution catalog. You get short but great mini workouts that can be done one at a time or programmed for a custom workout. its perfect for the busy or those with lack of motivation to exercise. It's great for adding on or using as a warm up to other workouts. This particular dvd has challenging routines with or without weights to tone lower body, learn good form for punching, and pump the heartrate up. It also has one of the best ab routines using lots of planks and crunch variations ending with a few minutes of deep stretching for the back. Keli Roberts cues well, reminds of good form, and looks like she is having a blast working out with you. She does break down some of the moves before picking up the tempo but not one moment is wasted, even in slower tempos you focus on toning while faster tempos help raise heart rate and trying to keep good form to build lean sleek body. Paired with other 10 minutes solution videos, any busy person will not have the excuse not to workout.
