10 minute solution blast off belly fatCrunch: Bikini Body
(Anchor Bay)
2007
What is it?
Three 10-minute routines to tone up your abs, glutes and thighs to give you a "bikini body." You can do one segment, or combine all of them for a solid half-hour's worth of exercise.
Who is it for?
Advanced beginning through intermediate exercisers. This workout is a little too tough and too stylized for real beginners. All you will need is a mat, and your own bodyweight for resistance.
What to expect:
Here's an exercise DVD that not only gets you in shape, it makes you feel sexy too. Instead of merely powering you through standard crunches, squats and lunges, instructor Lena Pereira adds style and a dancey flair that gives each move a fun attitude. The ab routine is done half standing and half on the mat; the buns and thigh segments are both done standing. All 3 routines combine cardio with strength moves to make optimum use of your time. While these exercises aren't extremely difficult, they're done quickly, and the sexy add-ons also complicate things a bit, so experienced exercisers will get the most out of this DVD. Pereira is curvy and loaded with energy; if you like peppy instructors, you'll really enjoy her. Intermediate exercisers will want to do the whole DVD on lighter days. Those who aren't as advanced will more likely want to fit in one or two routines for a nice exercise break.
