What is it?
A 49-minute workout that combines circuits consisting of 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength training and one minute of abdominal exercises. Your instructor is Chris Freytag.
Who is it for?
Advanced beginning through intermediate exercisers. You’ll need pound dumbbells and a mat.

What to expect:
If you’re one of those exercisers who gets bored doing the same thing over and over, here’s a workout that’ll hold your attention. There are six different circuits of about six minutes each. The segments all target different body parts and the cardio sections feature different exercise styles, running the gamut from kickboxing to Latin dance to Power Yoga. Once the cardio has raised your heart rate, you pick up your dumbbells and exercise your legs, chest, arms or shoulders for two minutes, then hit the mat for a minute of ab work. While this isn’t the most difficult exercise DVD, you may be surprised at how many calories are burned by combining cardio and strength moves into one workout. You’ll also be surprised at how quickly the time flies – you don’t have time to get bored. Instructor Chris Freytag keeps things moving, and easier modifications are shown. 3-2-1 Workout is the kind of routine that’s good to have when you want a moderate, full-body exercise routine that will both tone you up and make you sweat.
