What to expect: When you want to shape your abs, what's the best type of exercise? Pilates? Stability ball exercises? Yoga? Something else altogether? In under a half an hour, this workout gives you all of the above! After a quick warm-up, instructor Violet Zaki leads you though a series of standing ab exercises that use one dumbbell. The second segment focuses on stability ball moves. On segment number 3, Zaki offers up some Pilates-based moves, and finishing up are a Yoga-based abs routine and a cool down. Because there are such a variety of exercise styles, you never have time to get bored (and you can also do each segment separately whenever you've got a few minutes to, ahem, burn).
