The Best of Tamilee: Best Thighs, Abs and Cardio(Hu-Man) 2008 What is it? Three 15-minute workouts, two of them targeted, one each for thighs and abs, and one cardio routine. You can mix and match — do one, two or all three. Tamilee Webb instructs. Who is it for? Intermediate exercisers, or ambitious advanced beginners. You will need a mat and for two of the segments, very light (one pound) weights (optional).
What to expect: Call me a fitness toy junky, but I refused to do this DVD until I could find a pair of those weighted balls like the ones Webb uses in these workouts. It took a several trips to different stores, but I finally tracked them down (I should have just ordered them online). So I was all geared up to use my new toys... and I didn't like them! Even though I have medium-sized hands (not tiny by any means!), I found them hard to grasp, especially during Webb's cardio segment and in the end, felt I would have been better off just using one pound hand weights, or better yet, weighted gloves.
