Who is it for?
Advanced beginning to intermediate exercisers — you need to know your squats and lunges. In 10 minutes there's no time to teach proper form.
What to expect:
Fitness expert Tamilee Webb has really earned the right to be at the top of her profession. Her best-selling workouts are high quality and consistently effective. Even when she's given just 10 minutes, she squeezes the most out of them. In this "buns" workout, she quickly starts you off with forward and backward lunges and it just gets more powerful from there. With nary a break, you're doing squats, both one-legged and side-to-side, more lunges, and other moves until your legs start to fatigue — quite an accomplishment for such a brief period of time. One thing you need to know — this series of exercises doesn't have a beginning warm up or post-workout stretch. You have to add your own, so in actuality your workout will probably run about 15 minutes or so. Still, you get an excellent quickie workout that you may even feel the next day.
